Go to Options - Video options and change your resolution to 800x600. I'm not sure if Glide can do something about this.

Well post a picture or something, I don't know what you mean its too small. It is a very relative term, and there is a difference between the resolutions. If you are playing on FullHD monitor it's going to look smaller compared to a lower resolution like 1600x900 or something.

right click on your shortcut -> properties -> Target
There you put at the end -w -nofixaspect or you can play in full size mode

Well, odd problems appeared, now everytime i open eurobattle.exe the screen of gameguard appears, then the game wont open and in the upper left corner theres a small black box with characters changing (letters, numbers & symbols)... its the third time i've reinstall the game.

Now i've removed all traces of diablo in regedit, then install it again to check if it works now...

Follow what @klaus said in his post, some screenshots are required in this case otherwise we're only playing a guessing game.

It depends on the resolution, not the inches of the monitor. I'm using two monitors, one is an old 20" with lower resolution , so the Diablo windows looks bigger on the smaller monitor. If I place two loaders next to each other they overlap a bit. My second monitor is 24" 1920x1200 and the game window looks smaller there.

What you are seeing, without any modifications, is completely normal. This is how the game is supposed to look in its normal state. If you can find a lower resolution on your monitor that will not screw up the picture completely, you can use it when you are playing Diablo, that will increase the size of the window.
Playing D2 on full screen may cause some game errors, window mode is more foolproof. If you don't like how your game looks on full screen, here is something you might find useful.

Well, its now solved, i've used loader.exe and maximize window, its not the best (talking about graphics quality), but at least its bigger than the one in the pic (all of this at 1920x1080)
