    It's been restarted. You can create games now

    Use that brain: as long as you can actually connect to the server, it means it's up. The D2GS needs a restart from time to time and thats why you couldn't create games.

    I was reffering to "all down" party. If the server is down, you won't be even able to get on the channel, that's what I was referring to :)

    It's good that you camed and reported here though so thanks for that.
