Secondo - i do prefer Hammerdin but its still doing samething than the light sorc so its about my feelings lol

U can't change my mind on the Necro.

1. They have the best and fastest AoE DPS for single player mf games with corpse explosion. I've made top chars for all classes. Fast chars are Java, Pal, Light Sorc, and trap sin (tho I think trappers are slow). Without a doubt, Necro is the fastest for me.
2. They have insane single target dps provided you use summons. Enchanted skellies wreck everything! Necros can Uber too
3. Bone Necros are godly duelers.

In short, Necros can do everything in the game. Awesome class.

Second fav class is Sorc.

 

Necro summo/CE is definitely one of my favorite characters for PvM, it's crazy at cows and just fun to play in general.
My second choice for PvM would be light sorc, crazy fcr and delivers tons of damage, what more you need?
Hammerdins are also good, but not very entertaining to play for me. The best thing about hdins is that you need only an enigma and it's ready to rock.

Those above are like my top 3 for farming, but I also play other classes & builds such as - windy dudu, ww barb, javazon, blizz sorc, zealot.
