Forgotten password

    Hi,
    I haven't logged in for a while now and it seems I have forgotten my password. I guess the in-game password reset doesn't work ?

    The ingame password reset does work. (bnet -> account settings -> get new password) but only if you gave your email adress at the account registration-

    * Send an e-mail to [email protected] or [email protected] from the same e-mail address that is attached to the account you wish to recover the password for.

    PS: You do need to have an e-mail address.

    It seems like I haven't registered with the email I thought since I just received the same response as yours Gix.. can you at least confirm whether I have an email linked?
    Anyways, if you have statistics of logins you would see that I haven't logged in it for a long time. Last time was probably even before new years.
    Anything you can do to help out with that?

    Really? There's nothing that can be done? And what magic ? Get me back the acc and you can have the runes as long as I have them

    The moment I told you to use the contact e-mail addresses I haven't followed this thread at all so maybe you should read my advices and send an e-mail when it's about account security otherwise you could wait to get an answer and there won't be any. Your account does have an attached email and I've sent it to you through PM.

    Closing down this thread so you can actually continue this through PM and use the contact e-mail addresses if you want to retrieve your password.



    EDIT: Password has been successfully reseted and the problem was solved. Enjoy!
