Game bugged

Hello everyone,
I came back to play the game 2-3 weeks ago after break of 6-7 years and I started grinding as you advised by collecting Gems and trade them. However, everything was going well and I already sold few bags with gems, but few days ago I was about to trade bag with 300 gems in it and the bag just bugged. I got the bag from the inventory and I couldn't place it bag to the stash/inventory or drop on the ground. So basically the bag was selected and couldn't do anything, then I decided to join the game with another character in case the bag drops on the ground and re-joined the game with the first character. But once I joined back the bag was gone. Anyone faced this issue ?

 

Sounds like you might have encountered a network issue, packet loss or something like this, i have experienced it a few times
just with items or so etc not being able to drop or replace into the inventory, rejoined the game and the item was still flying in the air on my cursor lol.
im not sure this is what happened to you to but im pretty sure its completely gone and not able to be retrieved.
Unlucky and network spikes/problems do occour sometimes, im sure thats what happened to you
