game plays great no problems with it win 7 but

when i exit the game it goes back to windows but

its still running i have to force to end task it ( it gets stuck on not responding type of deal )

how do i get it to exit but completely shut off and not get stuck ?????

 

Do you play the game in full- or window-mode?

 

full mode i havent figured out on how to make it non window yet

 

nvm i figured somehting out it actuly worked

the best thing i could do is this "C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo II\UsaBattleNet.exe" -W -nofixaspect

what this does does in window mode and then i can maximize the window pretty much look good

then when i exit it closes properly

yep i assumed you were playing in full mode.

Any idea why it bugs out like this? I prefer full screen so I have to end the d2 process after I stop playing, kinda annoying, but luckily I open d2 once per day -> play 3 hours and end it. ONLY gets annoying when logging onto mules.. so many processes to end ~.~

 

usually its caused by maphack.

 

Windows 7 and Diablo 2 in full screen mode, don't usually agree with each other... are you running Diablo with xp service pack 2, and as admin? I'm also a windows 7 user, I run my Diablo with window'd loader, never seems to be a problem, although the maphack with auto-tele will bug out once in awhile..
