Solved Help Client Wont load for some reason

i dont get an error code or anything. ive done all the required steps to fixing it but none of them have prevailed. ive done the windows defender all the files in dep the antivirus and even the uac. ive tried it as windows 10 and windows 7 and windows xp service pack 2. they all do the same thing. client runes the security protection that the client provides after that it doesnt load up d2 afters and just does nothing. my other computer is the exact same OS and had no trouble running it. please help me so i can have my younger sibling play.
