Hey there @gonzaaedu, can you share a screenshot with us or a small video if possible? Are you facing FPS drops or what exactly is the issue?

Considering you have been playing here before and you did not have this game issue, I assume something must have changed lately. If you haven't already, then I suggest trying to perform a clean reinstallation of your game client following these exact steps http://forum.europebattle.net/threads/common-game-errors-and-fixes.532466/#post-881523 and download the latest launcher from our website.

 

The game looks fine to me in that video @gonzaaedu, not really seeing any stuttering besides Diablo II is capped at 25 FPS anyway as you can read here https://diablo2.diablowiki.net/FPS
You probably made some changes recently to your operating system, being either some software installation or Windows update and you don't see triple FPS digits anymore, but that's irrelevant as long as you are over 25 FPS. You do however have a higher latency, therefore I suggest creating a game on the South America region and see how that feels instead. In order to do that, simply type GS 7 inside the Game Server Description field, under Password when you're creating your game and you will be sent to a game server that is closer to your geographic location.

If you want to reinstall the game you can also do that from here http://europebattle.net/d2/join and make sure to download the Launcher and run the game through it as some of the files didn't update properly, hence the stash button is not aligned properly.

PS: I'm not sure if you're actually running the game under glide-wrapper in your video, the gamma contrast is usually higher when using glide.

 

You are not supposed to check "-direct" @gonzaaedu, that's for development purposes only, as it says when you mouse hover.
Gamma can be changed from the in-game settings, you could also click that little wheel next to the checkbox in the launcher and see if there are any settings for 3dfx it as well or modify the ddraw.ini file inside your game folder, although it should only affect the game and not your overall monitor luminosity.
