Help With Runes in Horadric Cube

Hi Guys!

I just have this problem in combining runes in the game. For example, I have 3 Fal Runes and 1 Flawed Ruby but the cube wont transmute them to Lem! Do you have a solution for this? I think I have the correct patch as I am able to play the game.. Thanks very much.. any reply will be greatly appreciated.. Thanks again!

 

2 of each runes in cube = next rune
its different on this server

so 2 fal in cube = lem
2 lem = pul
2 pul = um

etc.
