    so i bought items. an when i sent the email i sent the receipt number instead of transaction number. an click off the page. that had the transaction number. i didn't use PayPal just used my card. i cannot find transaction number for that. i sent the required email with the receipt number. but haven't received an email back yet has been 7 hours. kinda worried i just wasted my money.

    Please check your "Spambox" as some of our emails get filtered as a spam. I personally had that issue when donated myself.
    Other then that you don't have to worry about as I'm pretty confident that our donation support team can easily verify your transaction if you clean up all the details they might need to know.

    @claud009's order has already been completed in the early morning, he just didn't came back to confirm or mark the thread as solved.
    Details were correct, he just used to wait a few minutes during his previous orders and this time it took several hours so he thought something was wrong with his order.
