Hi all! I want to start playing D2 again. I heard the bnet server kind of Died and are filled with bots. So ik started looking for a private server and ended up here. Do most People on the server play ladder? I Am from the Netherlands btw. I used to play back in the old days. Hope to meet Some people to play with
Hi there and welcome back. Yes BNET indeed is dead and filled with bots. This is the biggest private server you can come across. Everyone is playing ladder - SC, but there are quite a few people playing HC as well. Make sure to read a list of custom features and recipes here. Let us know if you need any further assistance
Hello and welcome aboard @3nForceR . Pretty much everyone plays ladder in private realms so you should create a ladder character (don't worry ladder resets are not as fast as most servers do them so they last a reasonable time here for up to 2 years instead of just a few months). There are some non-ladder players that like to play more of the single-player game while experiencing the awesome features of our server but majority plays ladder. I saw your message in channel this morning (~5 am) and I would like to remind you that you cannot see nightmare and hell games if you haven't completed those difficulties yet and while that's an early hour for most european and us players, this server peaks close to 900 players online. Games created in normal difficulty usually belong to traders and new players since it's fairly easy to pass nightmare/hell and it doesn't take long either, especially if you get some enchant and then someone will rush your character. I've seen a fair ammount of NL players joining us lately too.
