How DC event works on this server?

Hello, I was looking for this information for hours on the forum and I cant find anything, so here comes my question: How DC event works on our server?

On official BN, when sufficient soj sold to npc, DC is summoned on a certain ip for all games created with hell difficulty on it. (It means you have to check the server ip every time when you create a game, you have to look out a irc channel for DC event information..etc)
But when it comes to private servers, there are many variants.
Some servers have their own key item, like zod rune for example.
Some servers do not summon DC in all games but only the game where key item is sold.
Some servers need only ONE key item to be sold to npc for DC being summoned.

It would be great if someone can clarify how this works on this server, make an article and put it in FAQ section.

On our server is easyer to get Diablo Clone (DC) you have to sell just 1 Stone Of Jordan (SOJ) ring and DC will come just in your game -BE SURE YOUR GAME IS ON HELL BEFORE YOU SELL A SOJ
From time to time on a ramdom number of soj's sold DC come in all games from hell even if than players don't sell any SOJ
