Solved How to Disable Chicken Life

I have been seeing a lot of people asking how to disable the Chicken Life feature that comes with map hack, so here is how you do it.

In your Diablo II map hack folder, you need to edit the file called d2hackmap.cfg. Look for this section, and switch all numbers that are outlined in the image to 0's if they are not already. This will disable chicken life.

Or,an even easier solution would be,just hit 8 on the number pad on the right side of your keyboard (with MH on,of course),and voila,Chicken is off!!!

 

It does not always work, some people just can't shut it off that way, the config modifying is probably the best solution.

 

The num-pad button never worked with my config. It gives the notification that it's off/on, but, it doesn't actually toggle. A lot of others have the same issue, so I just figured I'd give everyone a fool-proof way to disable it.
