Internet stops when Uploading

Hi guys !
I have this problem . When I try to upload a picture or File in the site or somewhere else my internet connection stops and I need to restart my router to bring it back .

Does someone know how to fix that ?

 

I already did and they told me "The problem is in my computer" which I don't really think so.

How I can do that ?

 

There's a label on the back of your router, where you can find the manufacturer and model. Use that info to search how to update your firmware router, such as "Linksys xxx update firmware" (where xxx is the router model). You should be able to find that info easily, and most manufacturers provide this feature in the web-based administration panel.
