Issue with Hellfire Torch/

For some reason, my hellfire torch never procures the firestorm anymore. It used to, but now-a-days it does not. Is this a setting on maphack or something like that? I just thought it was cool how the flame would burst out of the sword. Any knowledge of whats going on?

 

are you still using the same skill to try and trigger it? it will only trigger on physical hits like zeal, strafe, and frenzy.
attacks like fireball, traps, blessed hammer and the like wont trigger it.
as far as i know about the map hack it should not hide the effect.
