Issues with D2 + Stings at same time

Hello,

The issue is my D2 works perfect normally yet when i try to open it with Stings it gives me the errors and crashes diablo but when i close sting it works perfect. Ive fought with this for hours so now ill admit defeat and ask the pros.

 

Ive followed all of your support steps Gix, everything is run in Xp Servicepack 2 and aswell as admin. I allowed my loaders in the data protection since im using Windows 8.1.
