Item Loss

Hello there,

Yesterday I was in a duel room, and after dying around 3 times in a row I picked up all my corpses one by one, when I finally got to the last one, where all my items were, I found that I was unable to pick up any thing. I might have not had the required str for some, but it wouldn't even pickup the ones that don't require str (IE circ,rings,etc)
I tried to equip some more str, but still I was unable to pick up any thing from the corpse. So I tried to relog.. After reloging I picked up my corpse and found all my items, except my 200ed ber'ed HoZ, which had the highest str req.
All this happened around 21:30 GMT
I've heard of situations where your items disappear due to insufficient str, but nothing quite like this.
I'm just wandering if there's any thing that can be done.
Event though it might not be the most expensive item in the game, it still hurts when you loose something

I had a issue with some items suddenly dissapearing. On a game I played on more than 20 minutes, then muled some stuff with a char ingame! And when I got back to pickup in the same place, there weren't no items. Both chars on the game were mine and the game was passworded with a four letter five number password (unguessable) and there was no other logging except mine. And I didn't misplace the items.
I lost a Coa 2 sock 14dr 25 ar (rare one, lost one, qq to the sky) and 4-5 essences (2x hatred, 1 suffering, 2 more i dont remember) and Two superior archon and dusk 14, 15 and a eth baxe 5 sock 12 ed. Is there any possibility to retrieve something from my lost items, or the lost items themselves? I sincerely feel really sorry for the CoA mostly and the eth baxe 5 sock. Waiting for a staff answer, thank you.

 

I am also getting some strange stuff when trying to access or refresh the pages of your site or your forum. Like being offline, then online, then offline again. Could that be the problem? You guys experiencing some trouble?

 

Items on the floor will only remain there for a limited time. I forget the times but if I recall it is something like 5 minutes for eth items, 10 minutes for white items and so on. I'm sure if you use your friend "Google" you will find the correct time limits.

 

It was between 30 seconds and a minute. How much can logging in another char take? Between 30 seconds and one minute. I know about the 5 minute, but it was less then a minute.
