Solved Ladder character problem

Already fixed.

It was caused due to DST time (+1/-1 hour) change which is the reason why we moved completly to UTC timezone a while ago since Universal Time never changes the hour and apparently few characters that were created at the very start of this season went into non-ladder state once their owners logged in today. If anyone else has such problem (there should be no more than a couple players) make sure to send me a private message here in forums with your account name and character name so I can check and fix it.
