necromancer buff

hey, i was thinking
what if necro's lower resist were true to the description and lowered enemies' literal magic resistance? it would be a nice buff to bone necro imo.
obviously it could be op in pvp, so maybe make it only work on monsters, if possible?
piercing magic immunities and giving some boss killing power to the bone necro are really good for him imo, hes not that popular (just check top of ladder, pala, pala, pala, sorc. sorc, pala, sorc, ama, pala, sorc).
before you say it would be op, there is one other popular aoe magic dmg build and that's hammerdin which would still be way more stronger, so idk...
you could balance the buff with the tuning of amount of magic resist lowered, it doesnt need to be much, but i really think the bone necro pve build can use something.
