Can i get back my all Characters i delete in upset situation.

I'm 100% sure you will not get those characters back. That's not how this game works,if it was a server problem,then maybe but just because you raged and quit that's not anybody else's fault except yours.

However because i'm a nice guy...i can help you start the process of leveling,rushing and gearing you up again, as best as i can.
