Official Dueling Rules?

As the title suggests, where are the rules for dueling?
Ingame I meet exile-and-dracs-wearing smiters and the effect of life tap is just ridiculous.
If there are no such rules here I'd ask the admins to choose appropriate rules in order to make PvP more interesting. Definitions of GM duels would be helpful.
With that said, noone is preventing people from making a "BM DUELS" game and having some bad-mannered fun there.

Main points on what is allowed and not allowed are as follows:
*Life tap on items
*Sorb (clear number and %)
*Decrepify
*Iron Maiden
*Slow Missiles
*Bone Prison
*Add stuff I have not thought about here...
