Problem connecting to Server.

Hi guys, im new here and today i instaled Diablo 2. Last time a played Diablo 2 was like 3 years back.

So, i instaled Diablo 2 and LOD expansion, The 1.13c Patch, downloaded and instaled the "Diablo II EuropeBattle.Net Installer" and for last opened and instaled "EuropeBattleNet.reg".
Bassicly i followed this guide EuropeBattle.Net - Diablo II Private Server

The problem is that i cant connect to server.
This is the error:

It says that im not connected to internet... i thougth it was a server problem, but i tried with another private server and the same thing happends.

The error appears in less than one sec.
When i click in Battle.net, in less than a sec appears that error.

Any idea why?
I check the server IP and its ok, also i have disconected Firewall.

Yes its fixed.
I reinstal the game and fix... Dont know how xD
