problem in login acc or creaty game

Hello,
Check your firewall and your router and see if they're blocking any ports. This message is due to one of those two blocking your connection.
Also, what is your account name? Using special characters right at the begining of your account name could also cause this.

You are allowed to make a new account but your account name isn't the problem. Have you tried creating and joining games with a different character?
