Since last night i am having big delay when enter playing. Sometimes even when my ping is low like 40-100 i still have 2-3 sec delay. I am losing connection to the server or failing to join game. This happens only on this d2 server, dont have problems on any other server or game. Havent installed anything new on my laptop since last night and i already tried with restarting my modem. I have no idea what is causing this problem. I dont have any delay when i am staying in chat rooms.

Most likely your provider is experiencing some difficulties on their side. Could be external issues (outside of your country BG), routing issues, upstream issues, etc
If you say it started last night then give it a day or two and if it doesn't get any better then give your isp a call on Monday and run some MTR tests as they might show you where the problem comes from.

I ran a ping test from several servers we host around the globe, including one from the d2 gateway itself to your computer (ip address) and the output is a stable solid ~42ms which is very good so probably your provider has already fixed the problem otherwise they might do some routine maintenance to replace switches or correcting some issue so probably they are aware of this.

PS: Censored last digits of your ip address for security purposes. You can always find your own ip addres through http://whatismyipaddress.com/

EDIT: Ah, I missed your edit saying that you don't have this problem anymore. Anyway, as I said, it was definetly an internet service provider issue that they fixed and it's normal for this to happen since internet is not perfect, no matter if we are talking about dedicated servers and companies or regular individuals and home internet connection.
