Solved Problem with running the Europebattle.net

Having multiple different game clients installed can cause such errors but you could try following this advice from here http://forum.europebattle.net/threads/problem-starting-the-game.545312/

PS: You could also try out this diablo script tool called MPQ Fixer and see if that works for you although a reinstall is probably better https://www.mediafire.com/file/11vfosf67a6xdmo/MpqFixer.zip/file
Also, you may want to include just the error image so you're not indirectly advertising other mods as you've already done once before in the ladder reset thread.
