Solved Reduce ping to Argentina

We have plenty of players from Argentina and the average ping for them is somewhere around 100 to 200 depending on their location, besides our Brazil and Argentina monitoring services are not reporting any issues so it has to be a temporary problem on your isp side. Unless you only noticed the high latency started recently, then contact your internet provider support and report that something is wrong but most likely you have to wait for them to fix it on their end and I doubt they work on weekends so keep an eye and see if it gets any better during the coming working days.

 

It's not rare, many people (especially gamers) have high expectations for their internet connectivity to work flawless 24/7/365 and this will never going to happen. If big hosting companies that invest hundreds of million of dollars into connectivity, fiber connections, bgp, etc can have issues then it's absolutely normal for a regular national internet service provider to have issues once in a while too, besides regular subscriptions are never guaranteed. A crappy but guaranteed internet speed (business class subscription) costs at least a dozen times more than an individual subscription simply because for individuals, connectivity speed and quality are never guaranteed. As you can see, it dropped down by half so obviously something is going on with their equipments and they might be aware of the issue already so be patient and wait for them to fix it.
