Solved Resolution Problem?

Tried a lot of different things to basically zoom out so I could see the standard amount that is considered normal. I'm trying play in Windowed mode. (Desktop resolution is 1360x768. Windows 10. I already messed around with the GLIDE3-to-OpenGL-Wrapper Version 1.4e (c). Not Sure if the version mattered, took it right from the download link "Discussion in 'Guides' started by DSync, Oct 12, 2016". Doesn't seem like changing any of the Nvidia options helped. Already tried all the different .Exe loading options and set them all to the proper service pack as well as admin.. Used -w -nofixaspect as well as -w -3dfx. This is what i'm looking at..

Normally you can see above the flag in the back by a fair margin, in this pic you are unable too. This drives me nuts and I consider it not worth playing with limited visibility. I checked all over the forums and couldn't really find a decent fix.

Edit: I've played this game in the past and am coming back for more fun, so I know it's possible! Just don't know how I got past this last time

It's like the games resolution is stuck at 640x480? Re-installed, no success.

I found the problem, the in-game resolution was legit set to 640x480.. Holy... Shit... I don't know why that was set that way. Wasted 3 hours, it's always something simple. >.<
