server reg file problem

Hey guys, I installed d2 after years of absence, but i cannot get the game to work with your server. It shows the original ones (asia, europe and US). I did try the manual patch(extracted everything in the root folder of the game and opened the reg file) and the automatic one, none of which worked. I still have just the original ones displayed in the game.
I believe there is a fix for that, if i recall correctly there was some kind of editor to edit the servers manually, right? Can you give me the server info and the name of the program that was doing that.
