skills problem

hello i have a problem with my skills,
i have assigned F1, F2 and F3 to the skills teleport blizzard and shiver armor,
when i try to rotate the mouse wheel to change my skills, nothing happens. it block on the las skill used,
can you help me with this problem?

As far as I know, you need to press the F key in order to change skill.

Not the mouse wheel, but the actual F1 / F2 / F3 buttons

 

i guess ur using windows vista,7 or 8.
right click on d2 shortcut.
--> properties
make compatibilty windows xp.
always start as admin.

after that when ingame press esc --> options --> control config --> default

its possible that ur maphack wont work now.
if so just do the same thing with the mh shortcut.

 

i am writing here because i do not want to create another thread to make this forum too big
so my question is : is this version of diablo with the patch from the server, compatible with opening more instances of the game?
i ask you this question because i tried to open the game with the loader provided by the server. and it looks like iit does nothing, it doesn't even open the game.
is it a problem with theinstalation of the game or am i missing a little something?
for info i am running win 8

 

Try always open and run as Admin, also, to open several games at same time, just use the D2Loader.exe on same folder.

If loader still doesnt work (happens to me) download sandboxie control and run diablo sanboxed for 2 instances. You will need to hack/patch sandboxie to be able to open unlimitted D2s

i think i had the same problem once.
if it is, only reinstall will help you. i mean deinstall diablo 2 and install it again, only reinstalling the patch wont help you here i guess.

 

Hello again.
After the problems with the server yesterday night, I have tried opening Diablo 2 and this error pops up : Guys we have a big error here ".
I have seen this many many times, but now I have tried everything, even reinstalling the game, it just doesn't want to start.
What might be the problem?

Its server side problems and you dont have to reinstal game after every problem if your game run properly before (and you did not any changes to server files). Administration of this server trying to solve this. But there is a chance that we have to start over again But its not that somebody want it to happen, it just happened.
