Stats/Skill reset. How to and how it works?

I want to know where and when can i reset my stats and skills, also when is recommended to do it and how many times you can do it.

Hello almoro,
You can reset 3x times your stats and skills for free in act 1 Akara. ·3x times, one in each difficulty (normal, nightmare, hell)

You can also gather all the essences that final bosses drop and make a "Token" (Token of Absolution)
Ingredients:
+1 essence andy/duriel
+1 essence mephisto
+1 essence diablo
+1 essence baal

+1+1+1+1 in cube = Token

NOTE1: Essences only drop in hell difficulty
NOTE2: Token and Akara stat/skill points resseting will have the exact same effect. You will be able to realocate all the skills and stat points.
