Sting n d2hackmap Give me unhandled exception priv_Instriuction error.

I have no idea how to get these maphacks to work..
please help!

 

I have the same problem with this maphack and I could never get it to work no matter what I tried. I settled for a simple map reveal maphack called D2SM (Shaggie's Maphack v1.2) so if you can't get one of the good mhacks to work search that one on google it's easy to find and simple to use.

 

bump, seriously no one knows how to fix this? kind of unfair that everyone gets to auto tele and saves hours of time mfing while we waste time finding the entrance all the time. a 30-40 min run could easily be cut to 10 if this damn Sting would work...

 

There are posts in this very section which guide you on how to solve these issues. Please give them a good read, you'll probably find the solution to your issue there.

LE: it's most commonly a d2loader issue; make sure you get the one in the sticky post in this section, apply compatibility settings (if it's the case - Win 7 and 8 to Win XP SP2 + Run as admin) and you should be good to go. For auto-tele, just follow Coldet's excellent instructions, in another sticky.

 

Don't know how i missed the discussions on this particular error, I Think I've only seen 2 people talk about this particular error and one was not map hack related. anyways I gave it a shot * change the compatibility + run as admin* and it stopped the error but now D2 just auto closes itself haha so I think I'll just stick to the basic * i think it's shaggys?* map hack.
