Third party programs

I read in the announcement thread that Maphack is permitted but not bots (honestly, who would want to bot a drop mod anyway?!). I'm looking for a little bit of clarification on the rules:

1) Is it pretty much anything goes on the Maphack front? I've known private communities in the past that have been very specific about the type of type(s) of Maphack they allow.

2) There are various other utilities available (such as a game name saver, useful if your chosen maphack doesn't support this), are "harmless" utilities such as this OK to use?

3) Is autotele allowed? Its not a bot as such; it doesn't kill any monsters or play on its own, it pathfinds and teleports to the next room/location. Very useful for those that cannot get a maphack to work.

4) Included for the sake of completeness, what about exploits? TPPK, farcast, etc.

1 yes boots iz restricted who will use it will get banned
2 iz restricted any porgrams and hack who do next thinks : increase your chance on pvp (i speak about hacks who increase your fast cast rate and aimbots ) , pickit (because it take from the guard items and iz not corectly from the other players who are with you in same game),
3 you can use chicken life because we know iz very good for hardcore and alsow for softcore when you don't want to die
4 what maphack can you use easy: 1 sting maphack, 2 cepo 3 d2 rm
5 about auto teleport i don't know for my opinion you can use it because it don't play just teleporting and that's all
