Solved Unable to Create or Join Game

    i have an issue where one of my characters are unable to create or join a game , all characters work without any issues apart of my Paladin who btw is the most advanced hero i owe. Can a member of stuff take a look in to my issue please ? Is that means i lost all my items?

    Hello and welcome @Ghostownuk,
    Your character was most likely temporarily stuck, you didn't lose anything, and as far as I see you already got automatically unstuck a few minutes after you asked in the channel so you should be good to go. In case your character ever gets stuck again, simply follow these steps to kick it from the game yourself if waiting a few minutes won't do it http://forum.europebattle.net/threads/failed-to-join-game.547163/#post-997397
