Well I quit my job today.

Too many people not doing there job, no room for me to move up even though I understand management and why people are not doing there jobs. So, I am going to find a place that values a hard working employee instead of a place that hires teenagers who sit around and do nothing and expect the older crew to hold down their jobs for them. In other words, I am back on Diablo II for a decent amount of time. Sorry for my extreme absence!
