Solved Disconnect Hotkey

    I discovered last night a few feet before Mephisto that apparently the game disconnects from the server when the 'D' key is pressed. Out of natural habit of hovering over WASD I was a little shocked to find this out. I checked the config controls options and there is no keybind for disconnect. I have even randomly mapped D to Inventory but upon pressing it disconnects from the server or (upon testing) a single player game.

    I've dug around and I'm unable to find how to unbind the 'D' from doing this. Am I missing something? Apologies if this has already been addressed but I have been unable to find this issue within this forum or going to google before coming here.

    It's a maphack feature so you need to refer to the maphack guide thread: http://forum.europebattle.net/threads/sting-maphack-configuration-guide.537869/

    Open your maphack configuration file <d2hackmap.cfg> with any text editors, find the following line(s) and edit accordingly:
    In this example I am using the "PLUS" (+) and "MINUS" (-) keys on my keyboard instead of "D".
    Code:
    Quick Exit Game Key:            VK_OEM_MINUS
Quick Next Game Key:            VK_OEM_PLUS

    You're the best, Gix. Quick Next was set to D as there was no Exit Game entry. I left it blank.
