Kia Rio, you are right. It's crap. Necromancers don't typically use dex and it has no resists as well. 2/20 can be sold for vex tho.
I think what MadVisions meant to say is that amazon without a bow or a spear would be useless. So would be few other classes. :)
Low level naked duels would make sense tho.
