Hello, just re-download the maphack from the website. The config there is fine.
Launch the maphack as Administrator.
I believe it's not the color you need to change, but move the items from hidden item list to the one you see.
Around Sur Lo - Ber in my opinion since there aren't too many resists and mana.
You are right, the amulet in fact is really good. I'd say it's definitely around 1-2 Bers.
