Baal is lvl 99 not 94, and a 4x sk is a few bers, depends on skill, so compared to 1 ber.. its worth rerolling
if you have gems, like 200-300 or even more, id reroll, there are few fire sorcs and its not that extraordinary... i doubt you'll get more that...
