Barb masteries isnt really used a lot. Most barbs use max/ar/hp charms. But if you can find a barb buying, then i would say - around ohm+

Not sure about price Hi kosta, try to look for a belt with 24fhr/20+str/50+hp and maybe some mana and/or double resist.
