I only know of 1 person who rerolls SC's. Most people prefer GC's, thats why SC's concerning ilvl, have no value. And for rerolling you need to ID it.
7mf sc is around mal to ist, not sure if the 100 poison adds any value. But will give you something to work with, if you want to sell or buy.
