Does Voice of Reason runeword's -24% to enemy cold res matter to Blizz Sorc?Thank's in advance Mostly I play d3, now waiting for next season. I like this server, for me it's a good reminder for my High school years, just at the moment when patch 1.10 was released together with all of these cool runewords like Chaos for example ;* and also new char visual changes with some sets. the -cold rest adds to cold mastery so for cold sorcs +dmg is better ( unlike fire or light where mastery adds % to dmg so -% matter)

anyway just take occu + rbf +5 -3

 

No, it doesn't, as cold mastery already provides well over -100% when maxed, so an additional -24% will not be of any use. Besides, cold immunes always stay cold immunes in hell, it's the only immunity that conviction (of any level) cannot break.
