A question

Hey,
I was wondering if its illegal to offer players in-game Runes in exchange for their Donation for Tyrael's might.
The thing is that its been a month now i think and i still cant find any Tyrael for sale(there are like 2-3 in the server).
So yea my question is simple... Is it against the rules if i offer runes to someone to donate an item to me?
I dont want to do anything stupid without knowing.

Your Question is unclear. Trading in game is obviously legal. But It seems what you are actually asking is if you can get someone to buy the Tyrels from the shop and then trade with that person in game. Which in effect would still be legal.
