Solved cannot recover my password

please one gm if possible to help me. i had a long period brake and now i wanted to start play again. the thing is that i cannot recover my password anymore and it looks like my password is not working. help me if possible please. thanks

 

Hi there. In-game password recovery option used to work only for the official bnet servers but it's not available in private realms. Please send an e-mail to (check pm) from the e-mail you linked your account with, detailing all the info you know. Someone will contact you shortly for your password reset.
