Small update: I've been explained that posts were made from his work place where apparently a different person who is his colleague is also playing here and decide to join the counting event, however given the situation, sharing the same ip address and location is still considered as using multiple accounts as there is no way of validating the truth outside of the real world unless they both would send us private documents to prove they are different persons working for the same company and we are definetly not going to do such thing, therefore if anyone else is in a simillar situation then make sure to use only one account when posting inside of the counting event thread, otherwise wait until you get home and do it from there so you can avoid all this hasle.
