Solved Failed to join game

    account : EVERYTHING
    hero : RASGUS
    This happens only with char that i play often trying to create or join game tells me - FAILED TO JOIN GAME
    every others hero or mule goes in without problem
    This is 2nd time last time was for hours till server restart. Now i didnt played for hours and just come in to play and instantly tells me FAILED TO JOIN GAME

    now it somehow fixed after 30 min

    Its same as hero is in the game and you trying to join with him again
    Changed my password hope it helps

    Most likely your character was stuck at that time on one of the game servers that was scheduled for auto-restart. I replied to your in-game whisper and said to give it a few minutes for the restart to complete and try again afterward but you probably missed the message. Since your character has been unstuck I'll mark the thread as solved, thanks for updating your first post and confirming that it's been fixed.
