So First i start topic with MF or Damage is Better for drops..Sorry about open this topic again..

My Route for Cold Sorc..

Maesolem->W.Leg->Cont->Pit->Andr->Cow Act 1 Done
Ancient Tunnels->Arcane->Dru-> Act 2 Done
Lower kurast superchests( located in act 3 lower kurast)->Travi->Mep And Council Members Act 3 Done
MepStone boss>Chaos->Diablo Act 4 Done
First Wp->W to Baal Act 5 Done

Well hello Mr.Melihsoykan Since u are a cold sorc so u should do these as following below:
Maesolem ( located in act 1 cold plains>Buriel grounds>There are 2 tombs right tomb is always maesolem)
Ancient tunnels (located in act 2 lost city>ancient tunnels)
Travincial
Mephisto and its council members on mephisto chamber.
Lower kurast superchests( located in act 3 lower kurast)
and most easy run pindleskin (located in anyas tp)
And do u have to kill each mob on specific area well its up to u if u wanna grind runes try to farm everything that also includes a objects and superchests. If u want to grind TC lvl87 uniques and set Spam Pindleskin+superuniques+champ packs in Ancient tunnels and maesolem.

 

I m doing same.. Forget about write superchest and ancient tunnels..

 

Also depends on what you are looking for:

Runes -> Countess + Cows
TC87 Uniques -> Nihla
mostly Uniques -> Travi Hell
Gems -> Also Cows

in TC85 u can find this stuff too for sure, i prefer killspeed > mf
