Freezes in game

Windows 7 max, 64 bit
Intel Core i3 radeon hd 5650 1gb
Window mode
Direct draw 2d
Tried compatibility with windows xp 2 service pack
Tried to turn off antivirus
I was running aida to test if processor is throttling. Result - negative.

edit: I don't have this problem often, the freeze only happens sometime and only when there are many monsters on the screen for example when I farm travincal.

 

Hi @Fuzzion did you try reinstalling the game? Sometimes happens need reinstal a couple of times! Another thing, you checked that your ram memory is not full when this happens? And check for viruses on your computer. Did you download the game from the server's official website? Some installers work poorly or have viruses. I await your answers. If you can send a small video video link with the problem would be useful.

There isn't any viruses on the computer
I downloaded the game not from official website
It freezes completely
I have installed d2 the first time on this computer
Freezes happens in usual situations in the game (example: when just walking in the town, or beating monsters)

3dfx didnt help
Now trying to download a client from official server site and install it

 

Downloaded and installed a client from official server site. Even installed it to the C/Program Files directory as recommended. The problem isnt solved

 

Sry. I mean europebattle.net site.
Max perfomance power plan was being all the time.
I'll try to reinstal video drivers by next step, thank you
