Part of being a Game Master involves few aspects including good forum and ingame activity. While you seem very knowledgeable, kind and with decent English skills you need to push up your activity in order to be respected and well liked among the community.

My English can be so combinated because I travel a lot of countries for up to two months and each one is different from English and unfortunately so I have learned English so that everyone can understand and I will accept your advice and be more active everywhere

Regarding the application, you should start by reading the Server rules as i can see that you haven't. Secondly @ashcool covered everything pretty good : In game and forum activity are a must.
