    Can someone tell me where i search for people in this "easy" forum

    Kindly use the edit button if you wish to add new text to your initial message instead of double posting, also be patient and allow a decent response time to your questions as they won't always be instant.
    What do you mean exactly by searching for people? Like forum members directly you mean? You can search either for general posts or threads or those made by specific members of this forum.

    I think he wants to use search function to find certain user profiles.
    I also could not find that option.

    That's an administrator feature and it's separate from the regular search function which can return some or all posts/threads made by a specific user instead as you can see here. In case you forgot someone's exact username this feature is quite handy because typing "nyc" in the members box for example will display multiple members whose name starts with those three letters.

    better to help if using @ name together to find for a post that way
