Solved Hero is locked in game

HI , tonight after one crash of game i see one my hero is still staying in game. I restarted modem and nothing , im waiting 1.5h and still is failed to join.
It is on acc *Colder11 hero: KoG-NIMFA -Softcore.
Please do something with it ill be thankful.
PS: nobody is using my hero also i know it , i have it after crash the game moment and only this one hero.

 

If your character ever gets stuck then waiting a few minutes or performing a pc restart usually solves it, however in some really rare scenarios your character might get hard stuck and that's your case. Both scenarios can happen both on the official server as well as in private realms so most likely it's a game architecture thing but one will rarely experience either of them in years of playing, infact vast majority never will. Anyhow, play on a different character for the next few hours as one of the gameservers is planned to be soft rebooted in the morning and that will automatically unstuck your character.
